- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. 

- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. 

 Non-Refundable Items

- Gift cards and customized products are not eligible for refunds. 

 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
